1974: The Groundbreaking "Washotex" Innovation

Our engineering team made national manufacturing history by developing and successfully introducing India's very first indigenous washing machine equipped with an integrated spin dryer, named "Washotex".

1981: Establishment in Royapettah, Chennai

Our Steam Cooking Heritage

In addition to coffee makers, our patented indirect steam multi-cookers utilize steam jacket heating rather than direct bottom scorching. Every single unit manufactured in our Chennai facility undergoes rigorous manual inspection and live testing by trained technicians before reaching your kitchen.

Step-by-Step Operating Guides

1. Neo Filter Coffee Maker Operating Guide

Place the Coffee Maker on a flat, dry, heat-resistant surface.
Add clean water into the water reservoir up to the desired cup mark.
Add freshly ground South Indian filter coffee powder into the stainless steel mesh basket. Do not press down too tightly.
Switch the power ON. The 400W heating element will rapidly heat water to optimal brewing temperature.
Once the brewing cycle finishes and rich decoction collects in the lower jar, the thermostat cuts off automatically. Switch off power and enjoy!

2. Multi-Cooker Operating Instructions

Prepare Base Chamber: Pour clean water into the bottom heating base plate based on your cooking ratio.
Prepare Vessel: Place your rice, grains, vegetables, or milk in the inner stainless steel cooking vessel.
Assemble & Close: Lower the inner vessel into the base unit and close the lid securely.
Power On: Plug in and switch ON. The unit cuts off automatically once steam water evaporates.

4. Cleaning & Descaling Guide

⚠️ CAUTION: Never submerge the lower power base chamber in water! Wipe down with a damp cloth only.

To remove hard water mineral scale, pour 1 teaspoon of Citric Acid powder with 100 ml water into the heating base plate.
Turn switch ON and boil for 1–2 minutes, then switch off and let cool.
Wipe clean with a soft cloth. The scale will wash off effortlessly.
